Dover District Council (DDC) and Folkestone & Hythe District Council (FHDC) have awarded a contract for a consultant to conduct a Waste Services Options Evaluation. The evaluation will assess waste service options for the two councils. The contract was awarded via a below-threshold limited competition procedure. The scope includes analyzing current waste services and proposing future options.
