Leicestershire County Council is procuring a Community Life Choices service for adults with learning disabilities and/or autism. The service aims to provide person-centered support to enable individuals to live independently, access community activities, and develop life skills. Key deliverables include day opportunities, supported employment, and social inclusion activities. Providers must have experience in delivering similar services and meet CQC registration requirements. The contract is expected to run for an initial period with options to extend, covering the Leicestershire area.
