Employer's Agent for Gloucester Greyfriars cultural hub project.
Gloucester City Council seeks an Employer's Agent for the Greyfriars Project, covering RIBA Stages 3-6 from September 2026 to April 2028 (19 months). The project involves managing the Cultural Hub enabling works within the Eastgate Shopping Centre and Greyfriars area, with a budget of £6-7 million. The contract will be under JCT 2024 Design & Build or Major Works Contract. The lead design team includes Featherstone Young Architects and DCA Associates. The role reports to the Scheme Project Managers.
