Bicycle leasing scheme for Dutch government employees.
The Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management is procuring a bicycle leasing scheme (Leasefietsregeling) for its employees. The contract covers the provision of financial leasing services for bicycles, including maintenance and insurance, for a period of up to 4 years. Bidders must demonstrate experience in similar large-scale employee bicycle leasing programs. The estimated value is between €1 million and €10 million.
