Walsall Council seeks voluntary sector or community-led organizations to act as locality leads in four hubs covering North, West, East, and South Walsall. The service aims to ensure the voice of the community, voluntary, and faith sector is heard within anchor organizations, supporting local groups and fostering collaboration, including volunteering. Providers must have a strong understanding of the local population and a proven track record in working through CVS organizations.
