Two roundabout construction projects in Wānaka, NZ.
Queenstown-Lakes District Council (QLDC) seeks a contractor to deliver two roundabout projects in Wānaka as part of the LCLR Minor Works Programme. The primary project is the Golf Course Road–Ballantyne Road intersection, to be completed by 30 June 2027, with a secondary project at McDougall Street and Brownstown Street. The roundabouts will include pedestrian and cyclist accommodations, speed ramps, overhead power line adjustments, new watermain installation, and stormwater management via underground soakage tanks. The contractor must have resources and capability to manage both projects effectively.
