The Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC) seeks an Independent Delivery Body to deliver and support borough-level community scrutiny of the Metropolitan Police Service. The contractor will coordinate panels, manage volunteers, evidence, relationships, and follow-up, as well as integrate pan-London insights to influence MOPAC oversight and MPS learning. The contract has an initial 2-year term valued at £2,391,122, with options to extend for two additional one-year periods at £1,200,000 per annum, totaling up to £4,791,122. Bidders must demonstrate capability in managing multi-stakeholder scrutiny processes and volunteer coordination.
