The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contract Office 02, seeks sources for a multiple-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for demolition and abatement services at the VA New Jersey Health Care System (VANJHCS) campuses in East Orange and Lyons, NJ. The contract will cover a base year plus four option years, with individual task orders issued as needed. Contractors must be capable of performing demolition, hazardous material abatement (including asbestos and lead), and related environmental remediation.
