Main contractor for 3-storey extension at Ashford College, RIBA 4-7.
East Kent Colleges Group (EKC Group) seeks a Main Contractor for Phase 3 of Ashford College's Elwick Road campus development. The project involves constructing a three-storey extension providing approximately 1,700m² gross internal floor area, including a junior college, Student Union rec room, classrooms, IT suites, staff rooms, and ancillary spaces. It also includes two additional first-floor workshop spaces connecting to existing Phase 2 plumbing and electrical training facilities. The contractor will deliver the scope across RIBA Stages 4-7. The existing Student Union facilities will be consolidated into the new ground floor with a covered external area and a grab-and-go food provision.
