Conversion of guesthouse to two maisonettes in Blackpool.
Blackpool Council seeks a contractor for Phase 2 of the conversion of a guesthouse at 12 Kirby Road into two 4-bedroom maisonettes. The project includes external works: replacement of roof cover, refurbishment of front elevation brick and stonework, application of render to rear elevation, and external landscaping. Internal works involve erection of new partitions and ceiling framing, installation of services, finishes, kitchen and sanitary units, and a water management system. The contract value ranges from £15k to £400k, under the BHC Building and Refurbishment Framework. Bidders must be capable of delivering both external and internal refurbishment within a residential setting.
