National Records of Scotland (NRS) seeks to establish a joint Framework Agreement for professional estate management services, covering five buildings in Edinburgh and Dumfries, including three Category A listed structures. The framework is open to partner organizations such as National Museums Scotland, Historic Environment Scotland, and the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh.
