GSA seeks sources for federal identity card materials and supplies.
The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking sources for the USAccess Federal Identity Materials Program (FIMP) to provide identity materials and related services for federal agencies. The program covers the procurement of blank identity cards, card printers, ribbons, laminates, and other supplies for Personal Identity Verification (PIV) credentials. Vendors must be able to supply materials that comply with FIPS 201-3 and NIST SP 800-79-2 standards. The contract is expected to be a single-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) with a 5-year base and one 5-year option. This is a sources sought notice to identify qualified small businesses, particularly those in the 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, or WOSB programs.
