Compulsory Civil Liability Insurance for Land Vehicle Owners

The Mobile Rescue Center for Rapid Response 'Donetsk-Luhansk' of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine procures compulsory civil liability insurance for its fleet of land vehicles. The insurance must cover all owned vehicles in accordance with Ukrainian law. The contract is exempt from VAT under Article 196.1.3 of the Tax Code. Bidders must be licensed insurers authorized to provide this type of insurance in Ukraine. The procurement is conducted under the above-threshold procedure.
