Legal and management support for EU Space Programme implementation.
The European Commission, represented by the European Health and Digital Executive Agency (HaDEA), is seeking legal and management support services for the implementation of components of the European Space Programme. The framework contract will cover advisory services on legal, regulatory, and management aspects related to space activities, including procurement, compliance, and stakeholder coordination. The contract is expected to have a duration of up to 4 years with an estimated value between €1 million and €10 million. Bidders must demonstrate expertise in EU space law, public procurement, and project management. The procurement is open to all EU member states and associated countries.
