Parks Canada's Central NWT Field Unit requires a contractor for building envelope retrofits on two staff houses in Fort Smith, NWT, built in 1974. The project aims to improve energy efficiency and air tightness, extending asset life with low-maintenance materials. Scope includes demolition of existing envelope, mechanical upgrades (heat pump, HRV), new envelope with rigid insulation and fire-resistant cladding, and air tightness testing. This is Stage Two of a two-stage solicitation; only pre-qualified suppliers are invited to bid.
