Lead designer for Folca 2 Phase 2, including integrated design team.
The District Council of Folkestone and Hythe seeks a Lead Designer for Phase 2 of the Folca 2 project. The appointed designer must propose an integrated design team covering all disciplines, including a Principal Designer under CDM 2015 and Building Safety Act, plus consultants for architectural, structural, civil, M&E, medical centre development, and decarbonisation. A BREEAM assessor and building control are already appointed. The contract is fully executed from 10 July 2026.
