Design-build multi-unit housing for CFHA at three Quebec bases.
Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is seeking Design-Build Teams for a modified design-build project to design and construct multi-unit residential housing for the Canadian Forces Housing Agency (CFHA) at three locations in Quebec: 3 Wing CFB Bagotville, Montreal (Saint-Hubert), and CFB Valcartier. Three separate contracts will be awarded, one per location. Estimated costs range from $88-$109 million (Montreal), $105-$131 million (Bagotville), and $486-$608 million (Valcartier). The procurement is subject to CFTA, CETA, and WTO-GPA. Bidders must submit proposals via MERX Electronic Bidding System.
