Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council seeks to commission an integrated drug and alcohol treatment, prevention, and recovery service for adults and young people. The service will provide specialist community treatment, including criminal justice interventions, for substance misuse. It will work closely with children and young people's services and recovery infrastructure. The contract is below threshold and open to competition.
