Open framework for housing repairs and maintenance across three lots.
Wandle Housing Association is establishing an Open Framework for trades, split into three lots: Lot 1 - Responsive Repairs, Lot 2 - Major Works (Voids and Disrepairs), and Lot 3 - Damp and/or Mould (Works and Surveys). The framework has an initial term of one year, with options to re-open annually up to a maximum of eight years. Suppliers can bid for one or more lots and must detail the trades they can deliver. Wandle intends to award contracts via its new job management system, Total Mobile. The framework covers repair and maintenance services for housing association properties in the UK.
