Flexible Procurement and Supply of Electricity and Gas for the University of East Anglia

The University of East Anglia (UEA) seeks up to two providers for flexible procurement and supply of electricity and gas under two lots: Lot 1 (Electricity) and Lot 2 (Mains Gas). The contract runs from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2028, with two optional 12-month extensions through September 2030. The tender is managed on UEA's behalf by Inspired Ltd. A preliminary market engagement and supplier day were held in November 2025 to shape the ITT. Bidders must be capable of supplying energy to a large university campus with flexible procurement requirements.
