Deliberative engagement for 10-year £20M community programme.
Maidstone Borough Council seeks a qualified partner to design and deliver an independent deliberative community engagement for the Park Wood & Senacre Pride in Place Programme. The engagement will establish a legitimate community mandate to guide a 10-year, £20 million UK Government investment initiative. The partner must facilitate a representative process where residents shape the Pride in Place Plan and Investment Strategy, supporting the creation of a Neighbourhood Board. The contract is expected to start on 7 May 2026.
