Barge towing services for Tongass National Forest in Alaska.
The USDA Forest Service, CSA Northwest 4, is procuring barge towing services for the Misty Fjords area within the Tongass National Forest in Ketchikan, Alaska. The contractor must provide a vessel capable of towing a barge with a minimum deck capacity of 100 tons, including all necessary equipment and crew. Services are required for a base period of one year with four optional one-year renewals. The contractor must hold a valid Coast Guard Certificate of Inspection and comply with all federal, state, and local regulations.
