Murphy & Sons is establishing a framework agreement for traffic management services across England, supporting major infrastructure programmes including Network Rail CP7, TransPennine Route Upgrade, and Peel Ports. The framework covers design, installation, maintenance, and removal of temporary traffic management systems, including lane closures, road closures, diversions, contraflow systems, signage, cones, barriers, temporary signals, and traffic management operatives. Suppliers must have experience in delivering traffic management solutions within local authority and highway network requirements. The framework is structured into regional lots, and suppliers can tender for one or multiple regions based on operational coverage, depot locations, workforce capacity, and rapid response capability.
