Sovereign Network Group (SNG) is procuring a fully managed Personal Safety Device (PSD) solution combining physical devices and a mobile app to enhance safety for colleagues in community, customer-facing, and high-risk roles. The solution must include provision of devices and mobile-based solutions, a 24/7 Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) for incident management, a management platform for oversight, integration with SNG systems (e.g., HR), and logistics support. Optional Body Worn Cameras may be added. The contract is for the entire duration, with no stated value or duration. Bidders must deliver a fully managed service with ongoing support.
