Bradford Council seeks mental health supported living providers for two lots.
The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council is establishing a provider list for mental health supported living services. The support aims to help individuals with severe and enduring mental health issues live independently, including emotional support, assistance with daily living, access to services, and practical help. Services may be delivered in various settings such as the individual's own home, with family/friends, or in provider-managed accommodation. The tender is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers mental health support, and Lot 2 includes mental health support with personal care. Providers must be able to deliver services across the Bradford District.
