Replace fire alarms in up to 8 buildings at Katmai National Park.
The National Park Service (NPS) Alaska Regional Office seeks a contractor to replace fire alarm systems in up to eight buildings at Katmai National Park (KATM) in Alaska. The work includes removal of existing systems and installation of new fire alarm panels, detectors, and notification appliances per NFPA 72 and other applicable codes. The contractor must be licensed in Alaska and have experience with fire alarm systems in remote or park settings. The contract is a firm-fixed-price with a base year and four option years, estimated value between $100,000 and $1,000,000. Work is expected to start in FY26.
