Senior Business Analyst services for PSC modernization initiatives, PSIB set-aside.
The Public Service Commission of Canada requires Senior Business Analyst services on an as-and-when-required basis to support multiple modernization, digital enablement, and IT-enabled transformation initiatives. This procurement is set aside for Indigenous businesses under PSIB. Only TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders under EN578-170432 who qualified under Tier 1 ($0-$3.75M) in the National Capital Region, Stream 4: Business Services, Category B.1 Business Analyst-Level 3 are eligible. The contract will be for 2 years plus one 1-year option, with an indicative quantity of two resources. Resource assessment occurs at the Task Authorization stage, not at RFP.
