MEL support for girls' education project in Punjab, Pakistan.
The British Council seeks a qualified organization or consulting firm to provide Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) support for the EDGE (English and Digital for Girls’ Education) project in selected districts of Punjab, Pakistan. The MEL Partner will refine the indicator and evaluation matrices, develop and implement a formative evaluation and adaptive learning plan, and conduct an end-of-project evaluation.
