Subcontract adult skills training for LCRCA, £50k-£600k, 2026/27.
The City of Liverpool College seeks training providers via a mini competition under a Dynamic Purchasing System to deliver devolved Adult Skills Fund (ASF) training for the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority (LCRCA). Awards range from £50,000 to £600,000. Providers must have an active UKPRN, a track record of successful subcontract delivery, and Matrix accreditation. Training must be delivered in the 2026/27 funding year with no carry-forward, and only one level of subcontracting is permitted. Preferred providers have Ofsted 'outstanding' or 'good' ratings.
