Queenstown-Lakes District Council (QLDC) is seeking an arboriculture professional services contractor for a new contract. The scope includes tree inspections, QTRA-based risk assessments, site-specific inspections, project inspections, and subdivision input. Deliverables include arboriculture reports, STEM reports, strategic reports for areas like Quail Rise and Peninsula Bay, and specialist reports such as Quantified Tree Risk Assessments and VALID Tree Risk Assessments. Additional services involve quality assurance, asset capture, PiCUS testing with sonic tomography, pest plant and tree planting programme management, and rural tree safety assessments.
