Framework for development management, road safety, and active travel support services.
Transport Scotland, on behalf of the Scottish Ministers, seeks to establish a framework for audit and advisory support on development management processes affecting the Trunk Road network. The framework covers road safety objectives aligned with the Scottish Government's Road Safety to 2030 Framework and the Strategic Road Safety Plan, and expands to support active travel delivery and Net Zero policies. The framework will run for 3 years with a possible 1-year extension, using the Scottish Government's Model Service Framework Agreement. Contractors must comply with the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 and the Restricted procedure.
