Newport City Council seeks a supplier to design, supply, and install a fully refurbished Children’s Library space at Central Library in Newport, UK. The project aims to transform an outdated, inaccessible environment into a modern, flexible, inclusive, and sustainable cultural space that enhances literacy, play, and wellbeing for children, families, and schools, with particular attention to neurodivergent children and those with SEND. The specification is performance- and outcome-based, encouraging innovative solutions. All work must be completed by 28 February 2027. Site visits are scheduled for 27 July 2026 by appointment only.
