GLA opens 8-year framework for domestic abuse safe accommodation services.
The Greater London Authority (GLA) is establishing an open framework for Domestic Abuse Safe Accommodation (DASA) services in London, as required by the Domestic Abuse Act 2021. The framework will have an eight-year lifespan and consists of two lots: Lot 1 covers support in safe accommodation, and Lot 2 covers support for victims and survivors of domestic abuse. The GLA invites prospective suppliers to an online bidders conference on 2 July 2025 to clarify requirements and the application process. This framework aims to enable London's Tier 1 local authorities to commission DASA services more effectively.
