The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) seeks to replace solar lighting at its Boulder, Colorado upper site. The procurement covers removal of existing solar lighting and installation of new solar-powered lighting systems, including poles, fixtures, and controls. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment. Work is to be performed at the NIST Boulder campus. The contract type is firm-fixed-price, with a performance period of 120 days after award. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6.
