Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust intends to award a contract for Transitional Care Bed Services across Lincolnshire. The service provides short-term bed-based care for individuals medically optimised for discharge from acute hospitals but not yet able to return home safely, supporting timely discharge and promoting recovery. The contract will be awarded to Care For Your Life Ltd and Orchard House Nursing Home Ltd, commencing 01 August 2026 and expiring 31 July 2029. The estimated total contract value is £5,254,315.00. The procurement followed the Provider Selection Regime under the Healthcare Services Regulations 2023.
