Caledonian Sleeper Limited (CSL) seeks proposals for replacement seat upholstery fabric for passenger seating, including armrest fabric, for its fleet. The work must comply with railway fire safety, smoke emission, and passenger seating standards for Operational Category 3 sleeper vehicles. Suppliers must be suitably qualified. The contract covers fabric supply and installation.
