Lease of electric locomotives for Danish rail services.
The Danish state-owned railway operator is seeking to lease locomotives for passenger and freight services across Denmark. The procurement covers the lease of multiple electric locomotives with a minimum power output of 5 MW, capable of operating under 25 kV AC overhead lines. Bidders must demonstrate experience in leasing similar rolling stock within the EU over the past three years. The contract duration is 5 years with an option to extend for 2 additional years. The estimated value is between €10 million and €50 million.
