Construction of perimeter wall at Canada's Official Residence in Nairobi.
The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) is seeking qualified suppliers for repair and construction of a perimeter wall at the Official Residence of Canada in Nairobi, Kenya. The work includes demolition of existing wall sections, construction of a 240-meter new wall in 11 phases, installation of security gates and pedestrian door, site survey, utility coordination, permits, landscaping reinstatement, transformer hut construction, and noise/dust/traffic management. Respondents must be capable of performing the full scope in English or French and have the ability to travel to and work in Nairobi. This is a two-stage process: qualification via this ITQ, followed by an RFP for pre-qualified firms.
