National Grid UK Limited seeks a groupwide Cost Intelligence digital solution to support its £70 billion investment plan over five years. The solution will provide estimating, procurement, commercial, and finance users with access to supplier cost data, project final account data, and market insights. It should enable search, query, analysis, and comparison of cost data across asset archetypes, cost breakdown structures, activities, regions, suppliers, and unit rates. The solution may include AI-enabled analytics, natural language search, and self-service dashboards, and can be delivered as an existing SaaS product, configurable platform, managed digital product, or bespoke software build. National Grid retains data ownership and requires integration with its data lake or other approved data environments.
