Screening study for local water resource options in Holbeach Marsh.
The Environment Agency is procuring a study to identify, screen, and rank local resource options for a specified group of abstractors in the Holbeach Marsh area. The selected consultant will further develop cost, yield, and scoping for the top three options, one of which must include water sharing among group members. This is an open competition below the threshold. The study aims to support water resource management in the region.
