The VA Northern California Healthcare System (VANCHCS) seeks a contractor to provide home oxygen equipment and services for eligible veterans. The contract covers rental of oxygen concentrators, liquid oxygen systems, and portable oxygen units, including delivery, setup, maintenance, and patient education. The contractor must comply with VA and Joint Commission standards, and have experience serving similar healthcare facilities.
