The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, and materials for waste collection, packaging, transportation, treatment, and disposal in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Emergency response services include 24/7 spill response and cleanup. The contract is a small business set-aside (NAICS 562112) with a base period plus four option years.
