Birmingham City Council seeks trade waste software solutions via market engagement.
Birmingham City Council is conducting a Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) to identify software solutions for its Trade Waste service, which manages commercial waste collections for businesses across the city. The current platform handles customer account management, route planning, contract management, operational worksheets, driver tablet integration, reporting, and Oracle invoicing integration. The council seeks information on available solutions, capabilities, delivery approaches, and commercial models. Interested suppliers must register on the In-tend portal and submit a completed questionnaire by 12 midday on 5 August 2026.
