PM/CA services for CoLP tactical firearms training facility construction.
The City of London Corporation (CoLC), in collaboration with the City of London Police (CoLP), is procuring Project Manager and Contract Administrator services for the construction of a Tactical Firearms Training Facility (TFTF) at Dagenham Dock. The project involves a hybrid traditional and modular design approach, progressing from RIBA stages 1 to 4. The appointed team will review existing designs, provide expertise, and manage the design through stages 1-3 before commencing stage 4. The contract duration is 3.6 years. Bidders must have experience in project management and contract administration for complex construction projects, preferably with modular and traditional build elements.
