MCA seeks market input for next-gen command and control capability.
The Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) is conducting early market engagement for its next-generation Command and Control Programme (C2P), which aims to improve resilience, interoperability, situational awareness, and support for front-line search and rescue operations. The programme seeks to create a modern, insight-led capability that harnesses technology to improve decision-making and operational performance. Suppliers must register on the Department for Transport's Jaggaer e-sourcing portal and respond to PQQ_788 by 30 July 2026. A DUNS number is required for registration. No decisions on scope, architecture, delivery model, or procurement approach have been made yet.
