Capital repair of garage building with conversion to multifunctional polygon of training and research center at National Academy of Security Service of Ukraine, Kyiv, Phase I

The National Academy of Security Service of Ukraine is procuring capital repair of a garage building to convert it into a multifunctional polygon for a training and research center. The scope includes replacement of external and internal utility networks and restoration of landscaping at the site located at 98 Valeriy Lobanovskyi Avenue, Solomianskyi District, Kyiv. This is Phase I of the project. The procurement is an above-threshold tender under classification 45453000-7 (overhaul and refurbishment work). Bidders must meet qualification requirements typical for construction works, including relevant experience and licenses. The buyer serves the National Academy of the Security Service of Ukraine.
