Active Environments Strategic Outcome Planning Guidance Refresh

Sport England seeks to refresh its Strategic Outcomes Planning Guidance (SOPG) originally developed in 2021. The guidance helps local authorities and public bodies plan leisure and wellbeing services, align with local needs, secure investment, and serve as a diagnostic tool. The refresh will be conducted collaboratively with consultants from Lot A of the Sport England Active Environments Framework. The goal is to ensure the guidance remains relevant and fit for purpose for stakeholders.
