Pre-tender engagement for child harm intervention services in Dyfed-Powys.
Dyfed-Powys Police, on behalf of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Dyfed Powys, is seeking expressions of interest for intervention services for children who harm, funded by the Home Office. The procurement covers two strands: Child-to-parent/caregiver abuse (CPCA) and Teenage relationship abuse (TRA). Suppliers must provide targeted support aligned with local strategic priorities on prevention, early intervention, and reducing inequalities. This is a pre-tender engagement to inform a future tender process expected around September 2026. Interested suppliers must submit an expression of interest, attend a Teams information session, confirm qualifications and technical ability, and provide indicative commercial offerings for each strand separately.
