Design and build of underwater acoustics test facility with three lots.
NPL Management Limited seeks a solution for the design, development, and integration of a new underwater acoustics open tank test facility. The facility comprises three lots: an open water tank (Lot A), a water filtration system (Lot B), and a gantry-type positioning and control system (Lot C). The facility will be used for material characterisation and hydrophone calibration activities. Suppliers may bid on one, any combination, or all lots. Integration activities will be managed by NPL, including collaboration between suppliers.
