Develop a local government vision for neighbourhood health and wellbeing.
The Local Government Association (LGA) seeks a supplier to develop a whole-system vision for neighbourhood health from a local government and community perspective, complementing the Government's Neighbourhood Health Framework (NHF) published in March 2026. The vision should articulate local government's role in integrating health, prevention, wellbeing, and support services that councils commission, which underpin NHS clinical services. The final product will inform national policy and support councils in leading local practice. The work involves collaboration with councils and partners to produce a credible, resident-focused vision.
